How It Works

A 12 hour relay, completing the same lap as many times as possible within the time limit, either solo or as part of a team of 2-6.

1

Choose your format

Decide whether you want to tackle the relay solo or form a team of 2-6 people. Both options are equally challenging and rewarding.

2

Complete laps

Take turns completing laps. If you are on a team, rotate members to maintain momentum throughout the day.

Hear from our Community

“I love the belief that it is not how fast you do it that is important, it is finding a way to do it with a smile on our face.

And I’ll take that approach to life and longevity every day of the week. See you in July"

Steve
Proficient participant

“TLG is an entirely inclusive, fun and safe environment where you can push and show yourself what you’re really made of, to accomplish something different.

There’s no egos, no pressure or worry of ‘coming last’ - you do your laps and exercises at your own pace."

Vicky
Intermediate participant

“A really well organised day where I could push myself in a friendly environment.”
